MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT

Picture
Dear Friends and Supporters,

As I reflect on the past year, I am filled with gratitude for the incredible generosity and commitment our Washington County community has shown. Despite economic challenges, our neighbors stepped forward to support those in need, helping us achieve 95.3% of our ambitious annual fundraising goal.

This achievement represents more than the dollars raised; it represents hope delivered to over 5,600 individuals across our county. From infants receiving critical early support to seniors accessing essential services, from families in crisis finding emergency assistance to youth discovering new opportunities - your United Way investment touched lives in every corner of Washington County.

Our non-profit agency partners serve as the hands and feet of our mission, delivering programs that address our community's most pressing needs. Whether providing housing assistance through the Fuller Center for Housing, supporting youth development at the Boys & Girls Club, or offering mental health services through Community Counseling, these organizations transformed your generosity into real, measurable impact.

As we look toward 2026, we remain committed to fighting for the health, education and financial stability of every person in Washington County. With your continued support, we will build on this strong foundation and create even greater opportunities for our neighbors to thrive.

Thank you for believing in the power of community and for investing in our shared future.

Kim Dowdy
